EASY POUND CAKE 
2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1 c. butter
6 eggs
1 tbsp. flavorings (almond, vanilla and butter)

When all ingredients reach room temperature place together in large mixing bowl. Blend for 10 minutes at medium speed. Pour into greased and floured tube pan or 2 loaf pans. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour.

I ABSOLUTELY love this recipe for pound cake. I make the dessert for family dinners and when I bring this cake, I only leave with the cake plate I put it on. I understand that this is a true pound cake recipe. Pound cake recipes are to be simple and not to have alot of ingredients and this hits it on the mark!
