BAKED ZITI WITH VEAL 
1 lb. ziti macaroni
2 (16 oz.) pkgs. Mozzarella cheese
1 pkg. veal cutlets
Tomato sauce
Parmesan cheese
1 egg

For this recipe you will need your own pasta sauce or use any store bought marinara sauce. Bread and fry veal cutlets. When cold, cut up in pieces. Grate Mozzarella cheese. Put aside.

Cook macaroni according to package directions. After draining macaroni, put back in pot and put in one egg. Mix around. This makes the ziti hold together better. Add a little sauce in pot too.

In oven proof dish put first a little sauce on the bottom of dish. Add half the ziti, arrange veal, sprinkle Parmesan cheese and Mozzarella. Spoon sauce over top. Add the remaining ziti and veal and Parmesan cheese. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Cover completely. Put sauce over cheese, sprinkle Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Serve with garlic bread.
