TOMATO BARLEY PILAF 
Non stick spray
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. parsley
Salt and pepper
3 c. cooked quick or med. Quaker Barley
1 sm. can tomatoes, chopped
1/3 c. green onion
1/3 c. green pepper

In 3 quart saucepan saute garlic. Add spices. Stir in barley, tomatoes and onions. Cook 3 minutes. 5 servings. 2/3 cup = 135 calories; 0 = fat.
