HOT PICKLE MIX 
1 qt. white vinegar
2 qt. water
1 c. salt
1 clove garlic
Dill seed
Carrots
Cucumbers
Mango
Cauliflow er
Jalapeno peppers
6 qt. jars, lids & rings

Put vinegar, water, salt in 6 quart pot. Sprinkle top with dill seed. Bring to a boil. Boil 10 minutes. Cut up vegetables except jalapeno peppers. Place 1 whole pepper and 1 clove garlic in each jar. Pack vegetables in jars. Have lids hot. Pour brine over vegetables and seal. Makes 6 quarts.
