ZUCCHINI BROWNIES 
MIX:

1 c. brown sugar
2 c. white sugar
2 1/2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
4 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 c. grated zucchini
1 stick softened butter
3 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla

Pour into jelly roll pan. Sprinkle with 1 cup of chocolate chips on top. Bake for 45 minutes at 325 degrees.
