SHORTCUT LASAGNE 
1 1/2 lbs. ground chuck
1 qt. spaghetti sauce
1 lb. pkg. lasagne noodles
1 carton (12 oz.) Ricotta OR Cottage cheese
1 pkg. (8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

In large skillet, add meat and cook. Stir in sauce. Bring to boiling, lower heat and simmer 10 minutes.

Cover bottom of oiled 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish with a thin layer of meat sauce.

Add a layer each of uncooked noodles, cottage-Ricotta cheese and Mozzarella cheese. Repeat layers until all ingredients are used, ending with meat sauce. Cover casserole tightly with heavy-duty foil. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. Let stand for 15 minutes. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and parsley.
