FROSTY APPLE LEMONADE 
2 1/2 c. unsweetened apple juice
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 c. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. almond extract
2 c. crushed ice
Lemon slices, optional
Fresh mint leaves, optional

Place apple juice in a shallow container; cover and freeze 2 hours or until almost firm. Combine apple juice and next 3 ingredients in container of an electric blender or food processor. Top with cover and process just until slushy. Add ice; cover and process until smooth. Pour into 4 chilled glasses. Garnish with lemon slices and mint, if desired. Yield: 4 servings (about 105 calories per 1 1/2 cup servings).
