SAUCE FOR A CASSEROLE 
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. butter
Salt & pepper to taste
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Miracle Whip

In a saucepan, melt butter. Add flour and stir until a paste forms. Add salt and pepper. Slowly add milk; stir constantly until mixture thickens and boil for one minute. Remove from heat and add Miracle Whip, stirring until smooth. Pour over any combination of leftover meat, potatoes, rice and/or vegetables. Bake in a 350 degree oven for about an hour.
