CHICKEN SPAGHETTI | |
1 lb. cooked chicken 1 sm. onion, chopped 1 sm. green pepper, chopped 1 c. chicken broth 2 cans cream of mushroom soup or cream of chicken soup 2 c. shredded Mozzarella cheese 1 sm. box spaghetti 1/2 stick butter Cook chicken for about an hour; save the broth. Simmer onion and green pepper in butter until tender. Pour in chicken broth and simmer for about 10 minutes. Add both cans of soup and chicken (cut chicken to bite size pieces). Cook your spaghetti. Mix spaghetti and soup mixture together. Pour in baking dish and spread cheese over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. |
