LEMON CHESS CAKE 
1 box lemon cake mix
1 egg
1 stick melted butter
1 box confectioners' sugar
2 eggs
8 oz. cream cheese, softened

Mix cake mix, 1 egg and butter together. Press into a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Mix confectioners' sugar, 2 eggs and cream cheese thoroughly and pour on top of cake mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Do Not Overcook. Top of cake should be light brown and small cracks will appear.
