1 egg
1 lb. confectioners sugar
3 tbsp. cream
4 sq. bitter chocolate
3 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. vanilla

Beat the egg, add half of the sugar, add cream and the remaining sugar. Blend well and add the chocolate melted with the butter. Add the vanilla and spread in shallow buttered pan.
