PECAN PIE 
3 eggs
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/4 c. melted butter
1 c. light corn syrup
1 tsp. vanilla
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. pecan meats
pastry for 8-inch pie pan

Beat eggs and sugar. Add remaining ingredients and pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 350°F for about 45 minutes or until filling rests, baked, and pastry is brown.
