IRISH COFFEE CAKE | |
1 pkg. pound cake mix 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 c. strong cold coffee 1/2 c. Irish whiskey 1/4 c. butter, softened 3 eggs Heat oven to 325 degrees. Grease and flour Bundt cake pan. Combine ingredients in large mixer bowl and blend, then beat 2-3 minutes. Pour into prepared pan. Bake in center of oven for 45-55 minutes (until toothpick comes out clean). Cool in pan until lukewarm, then invert onto serving plate. Sprinkle confectioners' sugar over completely cool cake. Serve with whipped cream. |
