ORIENTAL TOSSED SALAD 
1 med. size Chinese cabbage, cut into 1/2 inch pieces
6 green onions, cut sm.
14 or 15 fresh mushrooms, sliced
2 (8 oz.) cans water chestnuts, drained, slice thin
1/2 to 3/4 c. mayonnaise
1 to 2 tbsp. soy sauce
Chinese noodles

Mix Chinese cabbage, green onions, sliced mushrooms and sliced water chestnuts. Make dressing by mixing together the mayonnaise and soy sauce. Just before serving, toss salad and add 2 or 3 handfuls of Chinese noodles.
