WHITE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
4 oz. milk
1 oz. sugar
1 egg
Vanilla to taste
8 oz. white chocolate, chopped
1 pt. heavy cream

Heat milk and half of the sugar to a boil. Mix remaining sugar and egg. Slowly add milk to egg and cook over low flame, stirring constantly, until thick enough to coat a spoon. Remove from heat and stir in white chocolate and vanilla. Stir until cool and melted. Whip cream to soft peak and fold into chocolate. Spoon into glasses or serving bowl and chill. Serves 4.
