SPICY MEATBALLS 
Makes approximately 80 meatballs.

Heat oven to 350 degrees. This dish is most easily made in a large container such as a turkey roaster.

Combine 1 HUGE jar of grape jelly and 4 jars Del Monte chili sauce (8-10 ounces each), and 1 tablespoon of lemon juice in turkey roaster. Simmer in oven while rolling meatballs.

Mix in medium bowl: 1 clove garlic, minced 1 egg

Roll in small meatballs. When you get the first 20 meatballs made, put them in the sauce in the oven. Make another 20; put them in the sauce, etc. After adding the last batch, cook an additional 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and place as is, or in another container overnight in refrigerator. This will allow any meat fat to congeal on the surface and turn solid. The fat can then be easily removed. For serving, reheat in oven or in microwave in appropriate container.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
