EASY CHOCOLATE CAKE 
3 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 tsp. baking soda
6 tbsp. cocoa
3/4 c. oil
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. water

Sift together first 5 ingredients. Add remaining ingredients. Stir with fork until blended smoothly. Pour into ungreased 9"x13" pan. bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. sugar
6 tbsp. butter
6 tbsp. milk

Boil 3 minutes. Add 1/2 cup of Nestle's chocolate chips. Stir until melted. Spread immediately over cooled cake.
