HOMEMADE CREAM OF MUSHROOM SOUP | |
2 c. dry milk 3/4 c. cornstarch 1/4 c. instant chicken bouillon 2 tbsp. dried onion flakes 1 tsp. dried basil 1/2 tsp. pepper Combine all ingredients. Store in a jar. Makes 3 cups, equal to 9 cans of condensed soup. To use: combine 1/3 cup dry soup mix and 1 cup water. Cook until thickened. Optional additions: chopped mushrooms, celery, chicken |
