TUNA ROLL - UPS 
PASTRY:

2 c. flour, sifted
3 tsp. double-action baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. oil
2/3 c. milk

FOR FILLING:

1 (6 1/2 oz.) can tuna, flaked
1/2 c. celery, minced
1 egg, unbeaten

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Pour oil and milk into measuring cup but don't stir together. Pour all at once into flour. Stir with fork until mixture cleans sides of bowl and rounds up into ball. Smooth by kneading dough about 10 times without additional flour. Place dough between 2 sheets of waxed paper. Roll out until dough reaches edges of paper. Peel off top sheet of paper. Cut dough into 9 squares.

FOR FILLING: Mix together tuna, celery and egg. Spread 2 tablespoons tuna filling onto each pastry square. Roll each square as for jelly roll. Place sealed side down onto ungreased cookie sheet. Bake 10 to 15 minutes in 450 degree oven.
