CHICKEN BREASTS AND WILD RICE 
1 pkg. wild rice (UNCLE BEN'S®)
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 c. cold water or white wine
4 chicken breasts, split
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
10-12 sliced fresh mushrooms

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Sprinkle rice and rice seasonings in buttered 13"x9" pan. Mix soups and wine (or water) with rice in pan. Coat chicken breasts in dry soup mix and arrange on top of rice mixture in pan. Add sliced mushrooms. Cover pan tightly and bake for 2 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. Serves 4.
