CHICKEN STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. chopped onion
4 1/2 oz. can sliced mushrooms, reserve liquid
1 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. milk
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/8 tsp. thyme
10 3/4 oz. can condensed cream of chicken
2 c. cut up cooked chicken
10 oz. spinach noodles or regular noodles
2 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sour cream

In 1 tablespoon butter, cook onion and mushrooms until tender, about 5 minutes. Stir in milk, garlic salt, pepper, thyme, soup, mushroom liquid and chicken. Heat through. Cook noodles as directed on package. Toss noodles with 2 tablespoons butter. Stir sour cream into chicken. Serve over noodles.
