CHICKEN STROGANOFF 
1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 - 3 lb. chicken, cut up
1/4 c. butter
13 3/4 oz. can chicken broth
4 oz. can mushrooms
1 med. onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
4 oz. (3 c.) uncooked egg noodles
1 c. sour cream

Combine flour, salt, paprika and pepper in plastic bag. Shake chicken pieces, a few at a time, to coat evenly. Brown chicken in butter about 10 minutes. Turn often. Transfer to 3 quart casserole.

Combine broth, mushrooms, onion and garlic in skillet. Heat to boiling; pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Stir in noodles well. Bake covered 30 minutes more. Remove chicken to platter. Stir sour cream into noodles. Serve with chicken.
