END OF THE GARDEN SALAD 
1 env. gelatin
2 tbsp. sugar
1/2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. boiling water
2/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. seasoning salt
1 c. shredded cucumber
1/4 c. shredded radishes
2 tbsp. chopped onion

(You can add other chopped fresh vegetables.) Add boiling water to gelatin, stir until dissolved. Add sugar, salt and blend in sour cream, mayonnaise, vinegar and juice, salt. Chill until slightly thickened. Fold in vegetables and turn into 3 cup mold. Chill until firm and unmold to serve.
