LO FAT COCOA BROWNIES 
4 egg whites
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. cocoa
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. Puritan oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/4 c. flour

Beat egg whites until frothy. Add oil and vanilla and mix well. Stir in cocoa and sugar. Mix. Stir in flour and salt. Mix well. Pour into a 9 x 9 inch oiled pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 26 to 28 minutes. Do not overbake.
