BERMUDA SALAD BOWL 
1 small head cauliflower
1/2 large mild onion
1/2 c. sliced stuffed olives
2/3 c. French dressing
1/2 c. crumbled blue cheese
1 head lettuce

Separate cauliflower in flowerets; slice thinly crosswise. Slice onion; separate in rings. Marinate cauliflower, onion, olives, in French dressing for 30 minutes. Just before serving, add cheese and lettuce broken in bite-sized pieces; toss lightly.

Makes 6 servings.
