GRINGO GUACAMOLE 
4 lg. ripe avocados
6 tbsp. lime juice
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 tbsp. fresh cilantro, chopped
6 canned green chiles, rinsed, seeded & chopped
2 med. tomatoes, peeled, seeded & chopped
Minced jalapeno or serrano chiles to taste
Salt
Cilantro sprigs as garnish

Cut avocados in half and remove pits. Scoop out the pulp. Mash. Blend in lime juice, garlic, cilantro, chiles, tomatoes and jalapeno chiles to taste. Season to taste with salt. Garnish with cilantro sprigs. Serve with crisp fried tortilla pieces.
