36 Oreo cookies, crushed
2 c. buttermilk
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding & pie filling
1 can mandarin oranges, drained
12 oz. carton Cool Whip

Blend together buttermilk and dry pudding mix. Then add drained oranges and Cool whip and the crushed cookies. Refrigerate.
