MAUREEN'S SWEET `N SOUR
MEATBALLS
 
Meatballs:

1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. bread crumbs
1/4 c. milk
1 egg
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
dash of salt
1 small grated onion

Sauce:

1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (13 1/2 oz.) can chunk pineapple
1/3 c. vinegar
1 tsp. soy sauce
1 chopped green pepper

Mix together all ingredients for meatballs. Form 1-inch meatballs and bake at 350°F for 40 minutes.

Combine sauce ingredients and cook in pan over low heat for 15 minutes. Add meatballs and simmer. Serve over rice.
