BROCCOLI SALAD 
2 lbs. broccoli, cut into sm. pieces
1 lb. bacon, cooked
1 red onion
1 can water chestnuts, sliced
1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar or wine vinegar
sunflower seeds
1 c. cashews

Combine all ingredients but nuts and seeds. Marinate overnight. Serve with nuts and seeds on the side.
