CALIFORNIA CHICKEN 
1 (3 lb.) frying chicken, quartered
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. chili sauce
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 tbsp. molasses
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tsp. garlic salt
2 tbsp. chopped green pepper
3 med. oranges, sliced into half cartwheels

Arrange chicken quarters in crock pot. Combine orange juice, chili sauce, soy sauce, molasses, dry mustard, garlic salt. Pour over chicken. Cover and cook on low 8-9 hours. Add green peppers and oranges 30 minutes before serving.
