BARBECUED MEATBALLS | |
1 c. bread crumbs 1/2 c. milk 1 tsp. salt & pepper 1 lb. ground beef, lean Moisten bread crumbs with milk and combine with beef, salt and pepper. Shape into meat balls and place them in a baking dish. Combine ingredients for sauce and pour over meat balls. Let stand or set for 20-30 minutes (or overnight). Bake, uncovered, for 45 minutes at 375 degrees. SAUCE: 1 1/2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. vinegar 1 tbsp. sugar 1/2 c. ketchup 1/2 c. water 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. chopped onion |
