FRIED PIE CRUST 
1 qt. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
3/4 c. shortening
2 eggs
1 lg. can Milnot

Mix together flour, salt, sugar and baking powder. Then add shortening, eggs and Milnot. This will make a soft dough. Knead flour until you can roll out to make a thin layer. Cut into circles (use saucer). Place fruit in center. Fold over and press edges together. Deep fry in oil until brown.
