RAISIN FILLED COOKIES 
2 well beaten eggs
1 c. Crisco
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar in milk to make 1/2 c. sour milk with 1/2 tsp. baking soda beaten in
4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix. Roll thin. Cut out. Put a spoonful of filling on top of each cookie. Cover with another cookie. Seal edges. Sprinkle sugar on top. Bake on greased pan at 350 degrees about 10 minutes.

RAISIN FILLING:

1 c. chopped raisins
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 c. water

Combine and cook until thickened. Cool.
