BBQ (PORK) 
1 fresh pork shoulder
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. ketchup
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. water
2-3 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tsp. mustard
Tabasco sauce (to desired taste)

Season pork with salt and pepper. Place in large pot and cover with water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, covered, 4-5 hours or so until meat falls off bone. Mince the meat. Combine meat with remaining ingredients; blend well. Simmer 1 1/2 hours.
