ORANGE - WINE SAUCE 
6 tbsp. currant jelly
2 tbsp. sugar
Grated rind of 2 oranges
2 tbsp. orange juice
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tbsp. port wine
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper

Combine jelly, sugar and orange rind in small mixing bowl. Beat until smooth. Add remaining ingredients; beat until smooth.
