POOR MAN'S LOBSTER | |
Haddock fillets 1 1/2 c. vinegar 2 or 3 tsp. salt Boil haddock in water with vinegar and salt for 15 to 20 minutes. If fish is frozen, less if it is fresh. Drain. Separate pieces and place under broiler for a few minutes to dry out. Sprinkle with paprika and serve with melted butter. |
