BLUEBERRY BUTTERMILK MUFFINS 
2 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 lb. butter
1 1/2 c. blueberries

Mix dry ingredients in large bowl. Make a well, add buttermilk, eggs and butter which has been melted and browned slightly. Mix well. Fold in blueberries. Place paper liner cups in muffin tin and fill half full. Sprinkle cinnamon/sugar mixture on top of muffins. Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve warm.
