DANDELION WINE 
1 qt. boiling water
4 lb. sugar
2 lemons
1 cake yeast
2 oranges
1 qt. dandelion flowers (no greens, wash after measuring)

Pour water over blossoms and let stand 24 hours. Strain and add sugar, fruit and yeast. Fruit can be diced or sliced and should have seeds removed. Warm mixture to dissolve sugar and yeast. Stir thoroughly. Let stand weeks, strain and bottle.

Hints: Do not stir. May be cloudy but clears with age. Is best after aging one year. Made best in crock.
