CHICKEN NOODLE CASSEROLE 
1 (6 oz.) pkg. uncooked noodles
1/4 c. Crisco
1/3 c. onions
2 tbsp. green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/2 c. milk
1 tbsp. chopped pimentos
1 tsp. salt
Pepper to taste
1 fryer cooked, boned & chopped up in sm. pieces

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cook noodles and drain. Melt Crisco in skillet, add onions and green peppers. Cook until tender. Stir in soup, milk, pimentos, salt and pepper. Bring to boil. Add cooked noodles and chicken. Place in casserole dish and bake 25-30 minutes.
