PEPPER AND MUSHROOM STEAK 
6 cubed steaks
2 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
A dash of garlic salt
1/2 tsp. oregano
2 tbsp. cooking oil
1 1/4 c. water
1/2 c. (4 oz.) drained mushroom pieces
1/3 c. dry red wine
1 pkg. Pillsbury brown or homestyle gravy mix
1/2 green pepper cut into 1 inch pieces

Combine flour, salt, garlic and oregano. Coat steaks with flour mixture. Brown in oil in large fry pan. Reduce heat. Add remaining ingredients. Simmer covered for 15-25 minutes until steaks are tender and flavors are blended.
