TACO PIE 
1 tube refrigerator biscuits
1 lb. ground turkey
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
2 tbsp. green pepper, chopped
6 oz. or 3/4 c. tomato paste
6 oz. or 3/4 c. water
1 pkg. taco season mix
8 oz. shredded Mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese shredded

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Place biscuits on a 10 inch pie pan, pressing together gently to form a pie crust. Set aside. In a large skillet, saute turkey, onion and green pepper for 5 minutes. Then add tomato paste and water, and sprinkle with taco seasoning. Simmer uncovered for 3 minutes. Layer half the meat mixture on top of the biscuit crust. Top with half the cheese. Top with remaining meat mixture and cheese. Bake for 15 minutes. Serves 8.
