Excellent and easy. I made this receipe using 5 medium size alluminum loaf pans and brushed the tops with an egg wash then sprinkled some fresh rosemary from my garden on top and a little garlic powder. Bake at 400°F for approx 40 min. Let it cool thouroughly prior to wrapping. What a wonderful and versatile receipe.

This would be five stars ... easy, great texture and quick ... but the recipe should add at least a half teaspoon of salt. Even in cinnamon rolls the bread is too bland to carry the sweet flavors. It's worth trying again with a change. The cinnamon rolls baked up perfectly and they are moving fast anyway.
