BLUEBERRY - APPLE BUTTER 
4 c. blueberries
4 lg. cooking apples, peeled & diced
4 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. allspice

Mix all ingredients in a large saucepan, bring to a boil. Lower heat and simmer 1 hour, stirring often. Mixture should be thick. Keeps 2-3 weeks in the refrigerator. Or spoon into sterilized jars, seal with paraffin and cool.
