PINEAPPLE CHEESE PIE 
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
2 tbsp. flour
3 eggs
1 c. well drained crushed pineapple
1/2 c. evaporated milk
3 tbsp. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
Nutmeg
1 frozen deep dish pie shell

Cream sugar and butter in dish. Stir in flour. Add 1 egg at a time beating well. Mix in pineapple, milk, sour cream and vanilla. Pour into frozen pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake at 325 for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool and top with whipped cream.
