Boneless chicken breast
Stove Top stuffing mix

Split chicken breasts open to make a flat piece. Place prepared stuffing mix onto center of chicken breast. Roll up chicken breast (use toothpick if it does not hold). Place chicken breast on a slightly greased cookie sheet. Then coat top of chicken breast with butter. Bake at 375 degrees until done.
