STRAWBERRY COUER A LA CREME 
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 lb. cream cheese, softened
4 tbsp. honey
1 c. heavy cream
Strawberries

Drain cottage cheese until dry. Mix cream cheese and honey in a bowl. Add cottage cheese and place in blender container; blend until smooth.

Pack into 4-cup mold. Place cheesecloth over top of mold and tie in place. Turn mold, cloth side down, over a plate and drain overnight or longer. Cut in wedges and serve with strawberries.
