S.'S SAUCY PIZZA AND DOUGH 
1 1/3 c. WARM water
1 pkg. yeast
1 tsp. salt
2 tbsp. oil
4 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water. Let set for 5 minutes. Mix all ingredients together. Knead well. Let rise for 2 hours in a warm place (place towel over bowl). Can be used for pizza, calzones or stromboli.

For pizza - Grease pan with a small amount of oil. Stretch out pizza dough. Add tomato sauce, oregano, salt and pepper, garlic powder, grated cheese and shredded Mozzarella. Bake at 425 until brown.
