EASY PIZZA DOUGH 
1 pkg. dry yeast
1 tsp. sugar
4 c. flour
2 tbsp. oil
1 tsp. salt
1 1/4 c. water, divided

Combine yeast and sugar in the 1/4 cup water. Place flour in food processor. Turn on and add oil and salt. Add yeast mixture and the remaining water, gradually and stop when dough forms a ball. Process another 30 seconds, take out and place in a greased bowl. Let rise. Best if made several hours ahead and punched down periodically. Makes 2 to 4 pizzas, depending on size and thickness desired. Bake at 450 degrees.
