PEACH CUP PUDDING 
6 peach halves
3 eggs
1/2 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. sugar
2 c. soft bread, pinched up
2 tbsp. melted butter

SAUCE:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. cornstarch
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. hot water
1 tsp. vanilla
2 tbsp. butter

Grease custard dishes and place peach cut side up in them. Beat eggs until fluffy. Gradually add sugar. Then add remaining ingredients. Bake at 400 degrees for 25 minutes.

SAUCE: Mix sugar, salt, cornstarch and water. Cook until clear. Add butter and vanilla. Stir until butter melts. Pour over dessert.
