FAVORITE SWEET POTATO SOUFFLE 
3 c. baked or boiled sweet potatoes, mashed
1/2 c. milk
2 eggs
1/3 c. melted butter
1 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vanilla flavoring

TOPPING:

1 c. light brown sugar
1/3 c. melted butter
1/3 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts

Pour potatoes into buttered baking dish. Sprinkle mixed topping over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes.
